Please come with clean teeth. A nonrefundable 20% deposit that goes toward the total cost of your service is required upon scheduling an appointment. An additional fee will be charged for no shows/last minute cancellations without rescheduling, totaling 50% of your scheduled service including your deposit. (ie. if you don't show up for your scheduled Swarovski crystal ($70), in addition to your $14 deposit you will be charged an additional $21 dollars, totaling $35 as a no show fee) There is a $15 dollar late fee after 15 minutes After 20 minutes appointments are rescheduled or cancelled with a no show fee Please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment
